Citadel Development Phases

Phase One: Purchase and begin developing the Citadel "Beachhead", a 20 acre parcel in Benewah County, Idaho.  This parcel has been purchased and surveyed and proper development will begin in the spring of 2013.  This location will eventually serve as a "Showcase" for the larger project, and in the immediate future as the home for related businesses as an administrative facility.

Phase One is underway.

Phase Two: Determine the best location for the full Citadel and the initial parcel size.  The preferred location remains Benewah County Idaho, but may be located in any Idaho County, or even in other states in the Redoubt.  The final location of the Citadel primary site is certain to be removed from the Beachhead location.

It is important for all Applicants to understand that your application fee also serves as a reservation fee, ensuring your place in line for residence.  Offers for residence will be extended in the order that applicants have submitted.  First come, first served.

It is likely that some applicants will be offered the ability to accept residence at the Phase One location, particularly if the applicant is hired by the Citadel or a related company.  Applicants may choose to decline a residence in Phase One and wait for a location in Phase Two.

The point is that many, many variables remain on the table and all applicants who choose to reserve space in line must understand and accept the fluid, dynamic nature of the entire project.  Possibilities remain nearly endless, and most requests can be accommodated for applicants.

  1. How would one go about getting information as far as helping out? Example, I live in ND and survive Day to Day,week to week. I am heavily interested and set up fully self contained in Motorhome RV. I would be really interested in working at say IIIArms or similar such in support of building the foundation and would want to put a large majority of extra funds into securing a set up within the community. However as times are I would be very limited on funds once I was to arrive to the area and here in ND is a huge number of well paying jobs that I would be leaving behind. I have read the FAQ's and I have gone over the IIIArms website as well but have found no contact us info. I am strong and quick learning with strong stamina for putting in long hours to achieve an end goal. I do very much like what I am seeing so far and would like more information before attempting to commit myself.

    1. If this is something you really want to do, I would recommend you putting in an application on the Citadel website. The people who will be running the construction, the firearms factory and the businesses will be looking first to the paid applicants to find employees. The paid application is our way of finding out who is serious about this idea.

Also, this is a multi-year effort, so even if something doesn't come along right away that appeals to you, there will be multiple opportunities as we build.

  2. I really love this idea but just not sure I want to move from Tennessee to Idaho. If there were something like this in TN I would be all over it! Thanks for doing this!

    1. Thanks for the support. It may be possible to do this in TN. Once we show it can be done, others can do it too. At the very least, we will always be willing to offer information and advice to anyone who wants to start their own version of the Citadel. Alliances are also a possibility.

Keep in touch. The more people who do this, the more we will all benefit.
